Hi, My name is Amanda; I
am a
Certified Personal
Trainer in the Lehigh
Valley area. Working
with me, you’ll learn
that change can be fun!
I will make it my goal
to provide you the
results you're looking
for as quickly and
safely as possible.
There is no
one-size-fits-all
workout, and no one
workout is the same.
I have trained clients
ranging in age from 25
to 65 of all fitness
levels. I truly believe
in my knowledge and
fitness techniques.
These along with your
focus and diligence will
get you the lean,
athletic and sexy
physique you so deserve.
I am well-suited to
training indoors or out;
making fitness
convenient to you is
very important to me.
One of the best feelings
in life is when hard
work pays off. Your
goals are my goals;
allow me to motivate you
to be your best!
My background is very
active - as you can see,
fitness is my true
passion! I have been a
competitive runner for
the past 18 years. I’ve
received advanced-level
coaching through 8 years
of cross country and track
through high school and
college. Post-college,
I’ve been consistently
training for
long-distance events.
I’ve completed 7
marathons, including 2
Boston Marathons, and
I’m currently in
training for the ING New
York City Marathon this
November. Excelling in
this sport gives me
tremendous personal
pride and an
on-top-of-the world
feeling. It will always
be an essential part of
my life!
