Personal Trainer Bio/ Background.

My name is Jim and I am a Certified Main Line Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). I have 7 years experience working with thousands of clients. I am always getting re certified and continuing to grow my education.

My training is based on a system to utilize all of the bodies needs combining  intensity, body sculpting, and nutritional guidelines to make you reach optimal aesthetic and performance results. My program consists of a one hour 1 on 1 training (or 2:1 at no additional cost), a program design for the days you are not training with me, and full nutritional guidelines.
