As the son of a collegiate
wrestler and aerobics
instructor, I’ve been involved
in fitness my whole life.
Growing up, I played hockey,
soccer, baseball, football, and
boxing. I played Varsity Ice
Hockey throughout high school
and played NCAA Division III Ice
Hockey for Johnson and Wales
University. My strong work ethic
gave me the opportunity to
participate in a professional
hockey training camp in October
of 2008. I was also an amateur
boxer for one year.
Everything I have
accomplished in my sports career
has been due to my strong work
ethic and knowledge of proper
workout procedures. I take
extremely good care of my body
and it has become my passion in
life to instill that upon
others. I strongly believe
fitness is a lifestyle and
should be your top priority.
I’ve spent time
working in an office and I know
how the challenges of meetings,
business trips, lunches, long
hours, and other constraints can
make working out and staying
healthy seem like the least
important thing in the world. I
will work with you to make sure
you always take time to achieve
your health and fitness goals.
Whether you want to lose weight,
get that body you’ve always
wanted, want to train for a
sport, or just feel better, I
will push you to get where you
want to be!
