My name is KrisAnn Decamps. I am a Personal Trainer in Coopersburg, Macungie and the local areas listed above in the Lehigh County, PA. I have worked with people from age 13 to 95.

I have designed pre-season conditioning programs for Division 1 College Athletes and helped rehabilitate their injuries as well. Also, I have trained Seniors to improve their function and strength to improve Activities of Daily Living and Quality of Life. 

I've worked under Orthopedic Doctors and Physical Therapists in improving function and balance after patient injury. I have designed rehabilitation programs based on recommendations of Doctors and Therapists.  I tailor each Clients training experience personally to them based on their individual goals and their personal health history. 

I've helped new moms get back in shape and stay at home moms improve their health and ultimately their bodies. As a mother of 3 ,I am constantly working on my own health and fitness goals.
