Personal Trainer Bio/ Background

Hi there! My name is Lisa and I am a Female Personal Trainer in Downtown Atlanta, GA and the local areas with over 4 yrs experience in Health & Fitness Industry. I aim to help you meet and exceed your fit goals!! I've trained in various gyms and fitness centers, as well as through in-home.

Using my unique approach to help my client's bodies change, I incorporate a wide selection of Exercise techniques to incorporate at home including Athletic, Boxing, and Kickboxing techniques that are geared toward the individual. My passion and hope with each client is to teach components to a healthy lifestyle so that it can be duplicated and maintained. As a boot camp and fitness instructor, I know the importance of interval training, cardio and strength training. These are components that help your body to reach its maximum potential.


I know and understand the demands on life but there will always be demands, there will only be just one of you, so you must learn how to take care of yourself first.
