In the past I have built a successful Navy career turning determined young Sailors, into strong members of the Naval Special Warfare and Special Operations Communities. Also, I have helped to transform everyday men & women into the people they want to be healthier, happier, more confident, more capable, and more attractive. I can work this magic for you.   
 
As a Certified Peer and Professional Counselor I can help you discover the motivational triggers you need to stay on track. The most successful program is the one you stick-to. Together we can get results.  
 
My AFAA certification is supported with specialized experience in Large and Small Group Training, Individual Personal Training, Martial Arts Specific Training, Longevity Training for Seniors, Aquatic Performance, TRX Suspension Training, and more.  
 
Clients who want to lose weight; tone-up; prepare for a special event or physical challenge; prepare to enter the military, police, or fire department; or change their lives for the better choose me. As a Navy Diver in the Special Operations Community, I’ve faced numerous challenges, but one truth always prevailed; in the field, no one ever “tried” their way over an obstacle; they conquered it. Your goals can be achieved and I am here to help.
