Personal Training in South Tampa, FL
and the surrounding areas. I hold a
Bachelor of Science Degree in
Physical Education with a Health and
Fitness emphasis from the University
of Alaska Anchorage.
I am a Certified Strength and
Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
through the National Strength and
Conditioning Association (NSCA). In
addition, I hold the CPR/AED for the
Professional Rescuer certification
through the American Red Cross. I
also am fully insured as a
Florida Personal Trainer
With a background immersed in sports
I have pursued my passion to train
not only those striving for optimal
performance, but those interested in
weight loss and general fitness. My
sports performance experience has
fostered my creativity in
transforming athletic-based workouts
(speed, power, agility training)
into fun, motivating, and
challenging sessions that can be
tailored to anyone at any walk of
life!
