My name is Patricia and
I'm a Certified
Personal Trainer in
Williamstown, NJ
offering fun,
motivational, and
effective personal
training in the
comfort and convenience
of your home. Whether
you are tapped for time
or have time to spare,
there is a workout I can
design for you.
My love for fitness
began in 1985, and after
raising 3 children I
decided to pursue a
career in fitness to
show others you can love
it as well and make it
part of your lifestyle.
I am a graduate of the
Personal Training
Program at Camden County
College and ACE
certified since 2004. I
have trained men and
women at all fitness
levels including teens,
older adults, and
special needs. I have
trained one-on-one,
small groups, and
classes. I am well
versed in all aspects of
fitness geared to help
you get fit and stay fit
and healthy.
