Personal Trainer Bio/ Background
Wanda is a
Certified Personal
Trainer and
changed careers in
2006. She has always
worked with the
public and has
learned quite a bit
about the general
population. She has
over 25 years of
customer service
experience in the
law enforcement
field and feels it
was a nice change of
pace to switch gears
and really be able
to help people
instead of just
putting out fires in
crisis situations.
She enjoys working
with all populations
and feels that
everyone has their
own unique goals and
their exercise
program should
reflect that by
meeting and
surpassing those
goals and should
they have any
special needs those
should be addressed
as well within their
program.
She believes that
exercise has to
become a priority in
one’s life, without
your health you are
of no help to
yourself or your
loved ones. Her
motto is and always
will be “Get fit,
stay healthy & enjoy
life!”
Wanda has worked
with a variety of
clientele and their
different levels of
fitness. She
specializes in and
loves to work with
individuals that are
new to exercise or
not comfortable with
the gym atmosphere
by offering training
at their home,
office or her
studio.
Wanda teaches proper
exercise technique
and provides a fun,
safe and enjoyable
environment.
Everyone has busy
lives and Wanda
likes a challenge by
showing clients how
they can integrate
exercise into their
busy lives.
When you become a
client you will have
a fitness evaluation
and that involves
gathering your
health history
information,
exercise goals,
exercise history and
a fitness assessment
of your current
strengths including
the following;
testing your
cardiovascular
condition, muscle
strength, muscle
endurance and
flexibility.
Measurements will be
taken. This fitness
evaluation serves as
a base to gauge your
future progress.
Wanda’s
