Personal Trainer in

the entire Castle Rock
area.

of the main reasons

give up exercise after
their goal is reached,
is due to boredom. I
understand that and make
sure that every
workout is always new
and exciting. With my
training programs, I can
guarantee that you will
have fun and you will
not get bored! I will
inspire you to exercise
and keep you motivated.
No matter your goal's,
whether it is to lose
weight/inches or body
fat and tone your
muscles, to gain muscle
mass, or to just improve
your overall health, my
programs will allow
you to work towards your
specific goal. I will
create custom tailored
workouts for only you
during our one on one
session and if doing
couples or Power of 3
training, I will utilize
modifications or
variations to each
exercise to fit your
specific needs. It's
all about having fun
while you exercise and
knowing that you are
always going to be
challenged. I will have
you looking forward to
all your exercise
sessions - the ones with
me AND the ones you do
all on your own!
I will not just stand by
and watch you work
out; I will work with
you to ensure you are
getting the best out of
your workout with proper
technique and form. This
is true for both the
group sessions and the
one on one personal
training session. The
amount of weight you
lift does not make you
in better shape than the
person next to you!! 9
out of 10 times, it just
means you are using the
wrong muscles to
compensate for that
"big" lift! With proper
form, you can train the
correct muscles to work
and build them much more
efficiently while
preventing injury. A
properly designed
program will include:
Stability, Balance,
Functional, Flexibility,
Endurance, Strength
and Cardio Training.
Advanced training will
incorporate Plyometrics
- Power, Reactive and
Agility Training
depending on your
individual goals.

consultation with me is
free. This will help us
determine your goals,
your current setbacks
(if any) and the type of

After determining a
Personal Training
Program that works for
you, I will conduct a
thorough Fitness
Assessment. A Fitness
Assessment includes:
Body Fat Analysis,
Weight, Circumference
Measurements, Upper Body
Strength Assessment,
Lower Body Strength
Assessment and a Muscle
Imbalance Assessment.
Depending on your goals
and preferences, we can
train at your home, meet
at a park, a local track
or meet at my studio
near downtown Castle
Rock (hours/days depend
of studio availability
and there is an added
flat fee of $15.00 for
one on one and $20.00
for couples/group
training).
