Personal Trainer Bio/ Background

Claudio and Sharon own a one-on-one personal training, spinning, and bootcamp studio located in Carrollwood, FL in North Tampa which has been open for business since 1995.  The studio offers a private 2500 sq. ft training facility with a "Cheers"-like atmosphere, where everyone knows your name, and there is no line waiting for the equipment.  Claudio and Sharon are both experts in the fitness field with college educations in the area of exercise physiology, sports management, and business. 

Their fitness center offers individualized training routines which are geared to meet a person's specific fitness desires and needs.  Assessments are done when a client begins, and then periodic reassessments are done based on a clients progress.  People of all ages are able to be trained in this stress-free atmosphere, where clients accomplish alot in 30 minute workout sessions, and then either do their cardiovascular exercise in the cardio room or participate in a spinning or bootcamp class.

Known for it's affordability, Claudio and Sharon's clients have no membership contracts, rather it's a pay as you go plan, which works well in today's economy.
