Bio/ Background
Hello. My name is
Phil. I have been in the fitness for over 7
years, having worked in various large health
club chains including Bally's , La Fitness and
Gold's Gym. I come from an athletic background
being a star soccer player and winning mvp 4
years in a row. I offer my services to
Philadelphia and surrounding areas. The main
line, Delaware county, bucks and Montgomery
country. Delaware and South Jersey.
I specialize in
everything form functional training, core
conditioning, to strength training and
nutrition! You are unique so your exercise
program should be as well!
I made it my
business to have the most solid and most
comprehensive fitness knowledge possible. By
enrolling and completing both NESTA's and the
IFPA's Master Trainer Certification program, I
have completed some of the most advanced

exercise program is designed to be fast, safe
and effective using the highest level
of exercise science expertise and scientifically
proven rationale! Keep in mind, in order to even
enroll in these Master Trainer certifications,
each organization required documented hands on
experience, and completion of the personal
fitness trainer, advanced personal fitness
trainer, nutritionist and sports performance
trainer certification programs in addition to
current CPR/AED.
It is my desire while guiding you and teaching
you as you progress, that you have the most
sound science based information available to
apply to your exercise program design. I wanted
to go above and beyond regular trainers
education to give my clients, the best
experience possible in both professionalism and
exercise. This information you can take with you
