Bio/ Background
I offer
Personal
Training in Yardley, PA and the surrounding
areas.
I received my
Personal Training Degree from the National
Personal Training Institute, where I’ve learned
the latest techniques in exercise protocols,
workout design, nutrition science, and how to
deal with special needs and the complications
from physical disabilities and chronic disease.
My unique approach
is designed to provide short term results and
long term maintenance. Whether you’re interested
in adding muscle, in good shape already, have a
lot of weight to lose, just want to lose a few
pounds, or are looking for someone to help you
make those changes that you have not been able
to achieve on your own, I have the knowledge and
experience to get you to your final objectives.
I’ve trained
everyone from athletes to coach potatoes. I’m
great with beginners, seniors, teens, stay at
home moms, and busy business executives. I’ll
make sure you get the most effective workout in
the shortest possible time so that you can get
back to your busy schedule.
When you train with
me you will get a great workout and have fun! My
warm and friendly manner will put you at ease as
I gently guide you through your workout routine,
or kick your butt if that’s what you need! I
have all the tools and “tricks” required to
achieve success in the privacy of your own home.
My workouts are complete, compact, and
effective.
I understand the
difficulties in getting real results. You didn’t
get out of shape in one day and it will take a
real commitment to achieve significant results.
My 25 years in corporate management has provided
great coaching skills that I’ll use to overcome
your sticking issues and will allow you to
maintain your achievements over time.
