Bio/ Background
Hi my Name is Allen. I offer
Personal
Training in Yardley, PA and the surrounding
areas.
I have over 25
years of teaching Health and Physical
Education from Kindergarten through College.
I have accomplished great things as a
Football and Wrestling coach also. I have
more than 20 years of Personal Training
experience in addition to my educational
background. I am a Certified National
Strength and Conditioning Association
Personal Trainer. I specialize in Functional
Training and overall wellness. I work hard
myself to maintain less than 10% body fat
and stay in great Cardiovascular condition
at 50 years old and can help you to do the
same. I can also work with younger athletes
looking to prepare them for specific
sports. I live in Lower Bucks County and
will train in Lower and Central Bucks as
well as Eastern Montgomery County and
Northeast Philadelphia.
I implement the
exercise program to meet the specific needs
of the client. Usually, I begin with a plan
for overall toning to build a base of
fitness to work from and improve upon. I
combine strength training with
cardiovascular training to help my client
burn calories and begin to positively impact
their lean muscle/body fat ratio. The basic
plan is designed to keep moving through a
circuit of exercises that will work on all
body areas while being done in a sequence
that will enable us to keep you moving so
that your heart rate remains at a training
level and you burn calories while building
strength. This can accomplished with an
efficient structuring of your workout that
will maximize the benefits of training
within the time you expend.
For in home
training, I like to use Stability Ball
training along with Dumbbell Weights and
Resistance Bands as well as a series of
Functional Training exercises designed to
make you move in ways you use every day. I
will educate you and help you reach your
fitness goals. You will be provided with a
specific exercise plan that we will work on
together and build upon as we work toward
your goals. We will also look at dietary
considerations and improvements.
I have made
fitness an integral part of my life and I
want to help you do this also. I have helped
many athletes and others attain great things
in working toward their goals. I love to see
the difference it makes for people to feel
and look better and to improve their lives
through fitness and wellness. I look forward
to meeting with you and helping you to
