Ricky is a great trainer and he
really motivates you to do your
best. He will push you to your
limits and that is a great thing
because he pushes you harder and
harder each session, you see the
results that you want. I trained
with Ricky for four months and as
you can see, I got the results!!!

I trained with Ricky, I went from a
size 14 to a size 6 and lost 35lbs.
Ricky's workouts are challenging and
push you to the next level. I've
really enjoyed working out with
