Personal Trainer Bio/ Background

My name is Michelle Englert and I have been a Certified In Home Personal Trainer in Denver for over 12 years through the American Council on Exercise.  In addition, I hold a Master of Science in Kinesiology from CU-Boulder, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Nutrition from the University of Hawaii. 

Much of my childhood was spent as a competitive gymnast and health and wellness has always been part of my life.  I am passionate about helping people realize their goals, no matter what they are. 
 
I have been providing in-home training services in Denver and Boulder communities for 10 years.  Over the course of my career as a Personal Trainer, I have served the needs of a wide variety of clients.  From teenagers preparing for their chosen sport to the senior population, I have contributed to the enhancement of many people’s lives. 

I believe the longevity of my career provides a testament to the quality of care my clients receive.  I would love the opportunity to bring my knowledge and passion into your home
