The main focus of my personal training routines are to help you understand the basic fundamentals of an effective exercise program. I am here to help you to accomplish your goals. Depending on those goals and needs, I will tailor the perfect program for you by integrating workouts using machines, free weights, manual resistance and active recovery techniques developed to keep you moving.

I help provide extra motivation and professional guidance to lose weight, tone, improve your appearance, satisfy doctors’ recommendations, reduce health concerns and  improve bone density.  I can help you to get in shape for your wedding, class reunion or special event.
