working with individuals of

Are you wanting to work on a
specific problem involving
rehab of an injury or past
injury?
*Are you just not motivated
to get into a fitness
routine?
*Are you starting to plateau
in your current program?
*Are you wanting to gain
lean muscle and shed some
weight off?
*Do you want to feel good
about yourself physically
and mentally?
*Do you want to learn a
variety of new exercises
that can help you?
If you answered yes to any
of these questions above
then let me briefly explain
my background.
I have a Bachelors of
Science Degree in Human
Performance and Fitness in
2003 from North Dakota State
University and then went on
to be employed by The Cooper
Aerobics Center and
Presbyterian Hospital of
Dallas, both in Dallas,
Texas. From there I had the
opportunity to work with a
well rounded staff of highly
educated and experienced
fitness/medical
professionals and gained a
considerable amount of
experience and knowledge.
Corrective exercise is my
backbone to my training
style along with creativity,
one/one, group training, and
a variety of other areas as
well.
I would love to share my
enthusiasm, passion, and
knowledge to you in the
comfort of your home,
office, or even outdoors.
Think about what your doing…
you’re wanting a lifestyle
change right? Something that
will make you feel better
physically and mentally?
Give it a shot. The only
thing you have to lose is
not making that commitment
to yourself, you deserve
reward and change. I bring
all the equipment to you.

regain it once it’s lost” –
