I am a
Personal Trainer in Jersey City and the
surrounding areas and counties. Good health
is everything- it is the key to living a
rich and rewarding life.
I work
to make people love the body they
are in and to get it in the best
condition possible so that they can
enjoy whatever else it is they do
outside our sessions, from work to
play. I am a professional dancer
so i know how important it is to
keep the body healthy, supple and
strong.
I
have worked with clients of many
different levels and with many
different expectations as a
New Jersey Personal Trainer.
From stay-at-home moms, seniors,
outdoor enthusiasts, business
professionals, athletes and
students. I love to teach people how
to use and care for their bodies so
that they can lead a truly rewarding
and enjoyable life.
We start from the core and move
outward, and i instruct my clients
to always move from their centers,
as it is the foundation for a strong
body. I incorporate my skills as a
dancer and use many dance derived
exercises in my sessions.
I
also use my extensive experience in
Pilates and Yoga, as well as
traditional strength, endurance and
toning exercises for Personal
Training in Jersey City. I take a
holistic approach to training, so
agility, isometrics, balance and
cardiovascular exercises are also
key components to my fitness
training.
I am
NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NYC
Ballet Workout certified and I have
a BFA in Dance. I have
taught Pilates, circuit training,
ballet workouts and body sculpting
in both Manhattan and NJ where i
have also worked in spas, commercial
clubs, private training studios and
managed corporate centers.
Exercise
should be a fun part of living in
the body you love! We will go
over lifestyle and food choices to
determine where clients can make
positive changes to help them reach
their goals.
