Bio/ Background
Hi my
name is April and I offer
Personal
Training in Roxborough, PA and the surrounding
areas. I have been a
personal trainer for 2 years working
in many gyms throughout
Pennsylvania
as a personal trainer and group
exercise instructor. My mission is
to help my clients reach their
personal fitness goals through
motivation, perseverance, knowledge,
and tracking success! Through a
variety of fitness techniques, I
help client achieve results by
keeping exercise fresh and new every
session.
Merriam-Webster's Collegiate
Dictionary defines "fit" as "being
physically and mentally sound." I
believe that physical fitness is a
deliberate attempt to optimize
physical competence in each of 10
recognized fitness domains;
Cardiovascular endurance, stamina,
strength, flexibility, power, speed,
coordination, agility, balance, and
accuracy.
