Personal Trainer Bio/ Background

Hello my name is Susan. I am a Personal Trainer in Winter Park, FL  serving the entire Orlando area.   I am excited to take my passion for fitness and years of experience and help you to make changes in your health and fitness. 
 
My background is:  I am a graduate of the National Personal Training institute where I learned the theory and practice of personal training, basic nutrition, anatomy & physiology and the practical application of personal training.  I have enjoyed being an in home Winter Park Personal Trainer for 3 years.  I love seeing the changes in people once they start working out and also experiencing their excitement when they start feeling and looking better!
 
What can I do for you:  I will come right to you with all the equipment needed to give you a great workout!  I will use my expertise to motivate, guide you, teach you, and push you, so that you will see the changes and progress in your body that you want. 

I will push you at your level to tone up, feel better, get more energy, feel stronger and look better. 
 

We will do a variety of exercise on all your muscles so you see the changes that you want.  We will do cardio, resistance training, circuit, metabolic, training etc.  With mixing in weight training we will build up your muscles so you will lose body fat and increase your lean body mass.
